Local Roman Villa

We are so privileged to have a Roman villa being excavated within walking distance of our school. 3 years ago we were invited to the potential site after some Roman tesserae were discovered by a local farmer. 

Fast forward to today where the dig has uncovered a Roman villa complete with outbuildings - including what it believed to be a multi-roomed bath house.
